CHERRY CHEESECAKE

DIRECTIONS

For the Base
  1. Combine all ingredients for the base and press the mixture into a 9 in. springform pan
  2. Bake for 10 minutes in a 160 C preheated oven.
  3. Cool down and set aside

For the Filling
  1. Beat the cream cheese with the sugar at low speed.
  2. Add the eggyolks and continue mixing until well combined.
  3. Add the cake flour, vanilla ,salt and Master Martini Gourmet Gold.
  4. Continue mixing until no more lumps are visible.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared base.
  6. Put the pan inside a bigger pan with hot water at least 1 in. deep. This will prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
  7. Bake the cheesecake in a 150 C preheated oven until the cheesecake is just set and the middle is still a bit soft.
  8. Cool down for 2 hours and chill overnight before topping with DLA La Fruta Cherry
