CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE PASTA

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the chicken fillets into pieces.
  2. Heat a frying pan with fat and fry the pieces of chicken. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Remove the peduncle of the bell pepper as well as the membranes and the seeds. Cut into small dice.
  4. Brown the bell pepper in the pan instead of the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.
  6. Drain.
  7. Add the pasta to the bell peppers. Also add the cherry tomatoes and the chicken. Salt and pepper.
  8. Pour the Paysan Breton Whipping cream 35% fat. Mix and serve.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley at the last.
Tip: You can add shredded cheese on top
