STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO LOAF CAKE

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven at 180˚C. Grease the pan and dust with flour a 4 pcs of 7½ x 3 x 2½ inch rectangular pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract.
  3. Then combine all remaining ingredients. Mix well until no lumps is remaining.
  4. Fill half of the pan with mixture the pipe the DLA strawberry filling in the middle and cover with the mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

Procedure for the glaze
  1. Mix the icing sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl until smooth texture and spread on the top of the loaf and wait until the glaze is set (hard texture).
