DIRECTIONS

  5. Pour into small muffin tins.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180 ° C and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Let it cool down.
  8. Meanwhile, whip the Paysan Breton Whipping cream 35% fat with an electric mixer with the icing sugar and the seeds of the vanilla pod until you get a very firm whipped cream.
  9. Pour into a pastry bag and top the muffins with this cream.
  10. Decorate with a whole strawberry.

Tip: For large cupcakes, allow 25 minutes for baking.
